Fujiwara Takako (藤原 貴子) was a third year student of Seidou High School and the team leader of the Seidou Baseball team managers.
Appearance[]
Takako has upper-back length black hair that is tied in a half bun with cheek-length hair strands hanging on either side and brown eyes. When she's shown in Act II her hair has been cut a bit.
Character[]
Like all freshmen managers, Takako started as a shy lady and was only familiar with her batchmates. Like Yuuki Tetsuya and the others, she knows being at Seidou will have tough challenges ahead of them. This was why she does her best to provide assistance to them, even to the extent of doing snacks in the evening, after practice.
Takako is very detailed when it comes to the team's practices and games. She took notes of the boys' development over the years up until their early retirement in their third year. She soon handed her journal to Haruno, who in turn inherited her passion towards the team.
By the end of summer tournament, Takako retired together with her year mates and occasionally visits the remaining managers. She remains supportive of the team the next year visiting Koshien stadium to cheer alongside her former kouhai, during Seidou's appearence at the 84th Spring Koshien. She visits the team before the semi-finals of the West Tokoyo qualifiers of the 90th Summer Koshien, and is introduced to the two new managers. She cheers on the team with the managers in the Summer Tournament Finals.
Etymology[]
- Fujiwara means "wisteria" (藤) (fuji) and "field, plain" (原) (hara/wara).
- Takako means "valuable" (貴) (taka) and "child" (子) (ko).
